CARBIDOX® brand hard facing sheets is one of the special products produced by Kavash Joosh Company consisting of two layers with a simple carbon steel base S235 JRG2 and S355 J2G3 and…… And wear-resistant coating (hard facing) made by welding method to resist metal and mineral wear.
CARBIDOX® hardfacing sheets are produced in three groups with the following alloy variations:
- (CARBIDOX-M) group has a martensitic structure resistant to metal and mineral wear and includes Fe-C-Cr-Mo-Ni alloy elements.
- (CARBIDOX-C) group has a carbide structure resistant to mineral wear and includes Fe-C-Cr alloy elements.
- (CARBIDOX-CA) group has a double and complex carbide structure with resistance to wear and high temperature for minerals and includes Fe-C-Cr-Mo-Nb-V-W alloy elements.
